It should take no longer than 20 minutes. If it takes longer, you’re probably overthinking it! We recommend setting aside about 15 minutes of uninterrupted time and answering with your first, natural response.
DISC helps you understand how you naturally communicate, respond, make decisions, and work with others. It also helps you understand why others may do those same things differently than you. This understanding leads to better communication, collaboration, and results—individually and as a team.
Great question. Answer based on how you see yourself today. Some questions are intentionally difficult because they require you to choose what reflects you best. Don’t answer based on what you’re trying to improve or who you want to become. Choose the answer that best describes you now.
Your personalized DISC report will be sent to you within one day of watching the first 12-minute video, which explains how DISC works and how to understand and read your report.
